Earlier this year I did an experiment in emotions. For 30 days in March, I kept track of my emotions in the morning and the evening. Then when the month was over, I assigned each emotion a color and painted this piece. I felt happy, motivated, and calm most often during the month. The results a kaleidoscope of gold, green, and teal.
