"Rooftop View" documents all the colors the bright red roof across the street from my studio has ever been. Color is tricky: what you know to be bright red can be blue, purple, white, and every shade in-betweeen depending on the time of day. This painting also reminds me of the full moon on a clear night, a view I cherish during long evenings in the art studio.
